’s birthday was the basis of this festival. The festival dedicated to eminent Baku citizen Msitslav Rostropovich was held in December. Organizers of the festival were the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
