Prosecutor's Office, an indictment had been issued against Kasumović for the criminal offence of "fornication against a minor" for which he had been sentenced to one year in prison, with an option of paying a KM 36,500 (~€18,600) bail instead (available to all criminals in Bosnia and Herzegovina sentenced to up to one year), which he duly did in November 2023.
