"Million Eyes" was written by Amy Morrey and Notett, while production was solely handled by
Luuk Cox. Cox was further credited for programming, Ken Lewis for mixing and Michel "Chelle" Dierickx for recording.
In an interview, Nottet stated that the song was personal to him and that he wrote it in around ten minutes during a "sad and nostalgic" night.
