He was placed on injured reserve on November 19. On August 29, 2023, Dunn was released by the Browns and re-signed to the practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster on September 12. He was placed on injured reserve on October 17, with a calf injury. He was activated on November 18. On March 14, 2024, Dunn re-signed with the Browns. He was placed on the reserve/non-football illness list to start the season. He was activated on October 5.
