She won the girls' singles title at the 2019 US Open. In the final, she defeated Alexandra Yepifanova, losing only one game. 2022: Australian debut, first major & WTA 1000 wins, top 35

Osorio gained direct acceptance at the Monterrey Open. She reached her third Tour-level singles final, losing to second seed and 2021 US Open runner-up, Leylah Fernandez, after having multiple match points. She reached a career-high ranking of No. 33 on 4 April 2022.
