because many families left Qatar. The school rebounded as the school moved into new premises, designed in an Arab-Islamic style and leased on behalf of the French Embassy in Qatar. The school was designated a high school around that time.Historique

La majorité des élèves ont quitté le pays avec leurs familles. ..n terrain loué au nom de l'Ambassade de France a été octroyé à l’association de l’école et une longue période de préparation et de construction s’ensuivit pour déboucher au début de l’année scolaire 1994-95 au déménagement de l’établissement dans les bâtiments modernes qu’il occupe encore aujourd’hui. Cette date marque aussi le changement de l’appellation de « Ecole » à « Lycée »."
