At the 2020 census, the township was 80.3% non-Hispanic White, 3.0% Black or African American, 0.0% Native American, 6.6% Asian, 0.0% Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, and 8.7% were two or more races. 9.8% of the population were of Hispanic or Latino ancestry. There were 1,633 households, 46.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.2% were married couples living together, 6.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.4% were non-families. 13.0% of households were made up of individuals, and 4.3% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 3.12 and the average family size was 3.39. The age distribution was 30.4% under the age of 18, 6.9% from 18 to 24, 32.4% from 25 to 44, 21.6% from 45 to 64, and 8.7% 65 or older. The median age was 35 years. For every 100 females, there were 109.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 108.2 males. The median household income was $74,337 and the median family income was $78,635.
