Keren Yarhi-Milo is a world-renowned and award-winning expert in international security and crisis decision-making and the youngest dean in SIPA's history.  She graduated from

with a B.A. in political science in 2003, and then worked with several NGOs promoting peace in the Middle East, including the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation. Yarhi-Milo earned her Ph.D. from the
