Reis da Silva came out to his family and friends as gay five years before publicly sharing his identity in December 2024. He is in a relationship with Brazilian actor and model Gui Sampaio Ricardo. Reis da Silva stated that accepting his identity improved his relationships with those around him, including his coaches and parents.
