, Spain, on 14 February 1949, to parents from Andorra. His family returned to Andorra and he was raised in Pontons. He was educated at a French school in

and later became a teacher at Lycée Comte de Foix.


Career

Dallerès's poetry was first published in the French magazine ' from 1967 to 1968. Maria Aurèlia Capmany and Jaume Vidal Alcover, who Dallerès met while working on the ''Posobra'' magazine, convinced him to start writing in Catalan. From 1982 to 1991, Dallerès was the Minister of Culture for Encamp. Dallerès was a member of the General Council from 1992 to 2011, and was General Syndic from 1994 to 1997, and 2009 to 2011. He was Minister of Education, Culture and Youth at the national level from 1991 to 1993. He was president of the Naitonal Commission of Andorra at
