Jan Per Gösta Mårtenson (born 14 February 1933) is a Swedish
diplomat

Mårtenson was born on 14 February 1933 in

He was the brother of Colonel . Mårtenson became a reserve officer in 1955 and received a Candidate of Law degree from
Uppsala University
