Board of Directors

The Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association (IMPPA) held an election on April 10, 2022, in which a new member executive committee was established. Abhay Sinha was elected as the president of the association. Subsequently, the committee appointed members to various internal committees to resolve industry-related matters. , a three-deck luxury vessel was dock on the Mandovi River, opposite the festival venue Marriott. The yacht was inaugurated on November 21, 2024, by Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha and Sanjay Jaju Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. The yacht served as the hub of IMPPA from November 20 to 25, host to master classes, film launches, and industry events. Over 1000 visitors attended the venue during the Film Bazaar from November 20 to 24 more than 30 producers utilized the space for launches, press conferences, and networking. Notable events a included masterclass on international copyright and IPR laws conducted by Bertrand Moullier, Senior Adviser for International Affairs at FIAPF. According to IMPPA president Abhay Sinha, the initiative aimed to provide IMPPA's 25000 plus members with an outstanding festival experience, comparable to global standards such as the Cannes Film Festival.The closing ceremony at IFFI was held as Goa's Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium.
