There were 208 housing units at an average density of 4.8 per square mile (1.9/km). The racial makeup of the town was 98.90% White, 0.18% African American, 0.18% from other races, and 0.73% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.18%. Of the 195 households 32.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.3% were married couples living together, 3.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.5% were non-families. 13.3% of households were one person and 6.2% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.79 and the average family size was 3.06. The age distribution was 24.8% under the age of 18, 7.2% from 18 to 24, 30.6% from 25 to 44, 26.1% from 45 to 64, and 11.4% 65 or older. The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females, there were 114.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 108.1 males. The median household income was $51,042 and the median family income was $55,000.
