Plot

Space cadets Captain Garth (Stan Garth), Spud (Kirk Condyles), Lieutenant Luna (Catherine Schultz) and Cosmo (Tom Campagnoli) investigate the chaos unleashed by Lord Egghead (Mike Cody)'s "mutation ray."
