Fischbach-Göslikon has an area, , of . Of this area, 52.3% is used for agricultural purposes, while 19.4% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 16.8% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (11.6%) is non-productive (rivers or lakes). The municipality is located in the Bremgarten district, on the left bank of the
