, United States. The population was 406 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Quincy, IL–MO Micropolitan Statistical Area. Ewing is part of the Lewis County C-1 School district. Students attend the nearby Highland Elementary and Highland Junior-Senior High School.

History

A post office called Ewing has been in operation since 1894. The community was named after William Ewing, a pioneer citizen.
