Motivated by a desire to help people in 1983 Dr Morgan decided on a change of career and decided to become a hypnotherapist. He was self-taught and this allowed him to work out his own original theory for guiding his practice. Dylan Morgan married Trudi Yates, a fellow student at Oxford, in 1969. They had a daughter in 1981. In February 2011 he was diagnosed with
