11 teams participated in the 2022/23 Championship in Extralig: « Dukla » (Liberec), « Kralovo Field » (Brno), « Prosteyov », « Shelms » (Brno), « Olympus » (Prague), « Olomouc », Ukrainian team « Prometheus », « Ostrava », « Falcon » (Frydek Mistek), « Prcherov », « Falcon » (Sternberk). The champion title was won by « Kralovo Pole », who won « Shelma » 3-2 (3: 2, 2: 3, 3: 2, 0: 3, 3: 0) in the final series. 3rd place was taken by « Dukla ».
