Charleys Philly Steaks is a subsidiary of Gosh Enterprises, which is solely owned by Shin.
Gosh also owns the
Bibibop Asian Grill chain,
which had purchased the leases for the defunct
ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen chain.
