There were 122 housing units at an average density of 3.4 per square mile (1.3/km). The racial makeup of the town was 97.77% White, 0.32% Native American, 0.32% from other races, and 1.59% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.64%. Of the 112 households 36.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.1% were married couples living together, 4.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.2% were non-families. 17.9% of households were one person and 5.4% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.80 and the average family size was 3.14. The age distribution was 25.8% under the age of 18, 6.1% from 18 to 24, 27.7% from 25 to 44, 25.8% from 45 to 64, and 14.6% 65 or older. The median age was 40 years.
