Episodes 2 and 3 were non-elimination weeks, due to Darris' pending assault charge and history of violence and road rage, and to Jen's fears that Darris' road rage might return if he graduates early, respectively. Episode 5 was a non-elimination week, due to all contestants wanting to remain at the Driver Rehabilitation Centre and all contestants (except Alexis) failing the Reverse Flick.
