It gained the callsign CHFX and switched to country music at the beginning of the 1970s and picked up the branding of ''Hot Country 101.9 CHFX'' in the 80s, until the 90s when it simply shifted to ''Country 101'' before settling on ''FX101.9'' as branding in the mid 2000s.
