In this battle of two newcomers, Tanmoy Ghosh emerged victorious by securing 89,689 (47.7%) votes against his nearest opponent Archita Bid who bagged 78,269 (41.6%) votes
But, later, Tanmoy Ghosh joined TMC on 31st August, 2021.
