s. Baba Gola Ji cultivated the land and was told by Guru Gobind Singh Ji that he would be given protection if needed from invading forces. He had three sons called (Dall Singh) Tungal, Sagar and (Begh Singh) Masand, and also a daughter whose descendants also continue to reside in Banga. The town is divided into 3 sections named after Baba Gola Ji's sons, namely Patti Dall Singh Tungal gate, Patti Sagar gate and Patti Begh Singh Masanda gate. The modern foundations of Banga as a core town was laid by Chaudhary Chuhar Mal Maan who came from Mansa in the 17th century and was the follower of Sakhi sarwar , he purchased the land rights of Banga and Acquired 70 villages in
