Lihović was a member of the
Bosnia and Herzegovina national team, appearing during the
2019 FIFA Women's World Cup qualifying cycle.
She also plays for Qviding FIF. Previously she played for Jitex BK and Kungsbacka DFF. Lihović also played for the Swedish national teams U15 and U19.
