History

In 1410 the State of Hamburg settled the ''Landherrenschaft Bill- und Ochsenwerder''. The settlement Allermöhe belonged to this rural village. In 1997 the planning for a completely new neighbourhood began. From 1982 to 1994 more than 3,800 flats were constructed, creating the neighbourhood Neuallermöhe (New Allermöhe).
