Algernon Percy Banks St. Maur, 14th Duke of Somerset (''né'' Seymour; 22 December 1813 – 2 October 1894) was an English aristocrat. St Maur was born at Park Lane, Mayfair, in 1813, the third son of Edward St Maur, 11th Duke of Somerset and Lady Charlotte Hamilton, daughter of the 9th Duke of Hamilton. He was educated at Eton, and served as a captain in the
