, fourteen teams will drawn into two groups of seven. Teams from the same association may not be placed in the same group; as there are three Thai clubs in the group stage, a maximum of two of them can be placed in the same group. The group stage will be a single round-robin format, with each team playing three home and three away fixtures. The top four teams from each group advancing to the quarter-finals.
