Format changes

Expanding regionalization to all of amateur football for this season saw the league's twenty-eight teams split into two groups: *VV consisting of sixteen teams, which will play 30 matches with no play-off. *ACFF consisting of twelve teams, which will play 22 matches with play-off matches, as finishing top six clubs will battle for promotion play-off and bottom six clubs will battle for relegation play-off.
