Promotion play-offs

Both teams that finish second in Groups A and B will face each other in a two-legged match with the winner gaining promotion to the FD League. Al-Zulfi, who finished second in Group A, will face Al-Diriyah, who finished second in Group B. The first leg will be played on 6 April and the second leg on 17 April. Al-Zulfi defeated Al-Diriyah 3–0 on aggregate to secure promotion to the FD League. ;First leg ;Second leg

The winners of each group will play a single-legged final on 18 April to decide the champion of the 2023–24 Second Division. As winners of Group A,
