, also known as the 2022–23 Yogibo WE League (Japanese: 2022–23 Yogibo WEリーグ, Hepburn: 2022–23 Yogibo WE Rīgu) for sponsorship reasons, was the 2nd season of the WE League, the top Japanese women's professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 2020.

This season was the last in the 11 team format, as the WE League expanded to 12 teams from the 2023–24 season.
