Shahin Khadakerim oglu Diniyev was born on July 12, 1966, in the

. At the age of 17, he was admitted to the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sports. His sons, Karim Diniyev and CoÅŸqun Diniyev, are football players, and his nephew, Ramil Diniyev, is a former referee.
