in 1908 as the son of a man named M. Sabri. He graduated from Saint-Joseph High School. Then he entered the School of Law at

and graduated in 1932. He was married to Firuzende Çağlayangil starting in 1953 and had a daughter named Fatma Itir Çağlayangil.


Career

After completing his studies he became a civil servant and was in charge of the arrangements for the trial and the hanging of Seyit Riza and several Kurdish leaders of the
