History

The first written mention of ÄŒakov is from 1262. The village belonged to the

There are no railways or major roads passing through the municipality.


Sights

The main landmark of ÄŒakov is the Church of Saint Leonard. This originally early Gothic church was built around 1300 and was first mentioned in the mid-14th century. The tower was added to the church in the 19th century. The Baroque rectory dates from the late 18th century.
