Moderate Conservative
Moderate conservatism is a moderate version of conservatism that is less demanding than classical conservatism and has several subtypes such as liberal conservatism. The term is often used in countries where the political camp is divided into 'liberals' (mainly left-liberals) and (right-wing) 'conservatives' rather than countries where divided into 'social democrats' and 'right-wing opponents'. For countries belonging to the former, the term "moderate liberalism" is sometimes contrasted with the term "moderate conservatism". The term can be applied to countries such as the United States, Poland, South Korea, and Japan. Classical Conservatism
Traditionalist conservatism, often known as classical conservatism, is a political and social philosophy that emphasizes the importance of transcendent moral principles, manifested through certain natural laws to which society should adhere prudently. Traditionalist conservatism is based on Edmund Burke's political views. Traditionalists value social ties and the preservation of ancestral institutions above excessive individualism. The concepts of custom, convention, and tradition are heavily emphasized in traditionalist conservatism. Theoretical reason is regarded as of secondary importance to practical reason. The state is also viewed as a social endeavor with spiritual and organic characteristics. Civic Platform ( pl, Platforma Obywatelska, PO)The party is officially the Civic Platform of the Republic of Poland (''Platforma Obywatelska Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej''). is a political party in Poland. Yoo Seung-min
Yoo Seong-min (, born 7 January 1958), also known as Yoo Seung-min, is a South Korean economist and politician. Yoo is former a member of the Korean Parliament and was the Bareun Party's presidential nominee in the 2017 South Korean presidential election. He is the son of late Daegu court chief, attorney and Member of Parliament, Yoo Soo-ho for Junggu of Daegu. Early life Yoo was born in Daegu, and was the youngest child. Park Heong-joon (; born 19 January 1960) is a South Korean journalist, educator and politician. He was a former professor of the Sociology Department and Graduate School of International Studies at Dong-a University from 1 September 1991 to 12 March 2021. He has been the Mayor of Busan since 8 April 2021. He was elected to the position in the by-election a day before that was provoked following the resignation of Oh Keo-don due to the allegations of sexual harassment. Ahn Cheol-soo ( ; born 26 February 1962) is a South Korean politician, medical doctor, businessperson, and software entrepreneur. He currently serves as a member of the National Assembly as part of the conservative People Power Party. This article gives an overview of Liberalism () in South Korea. It is limited to liberal parties with substantial support, mainly proven by having had a representation in parliament.
