Malabar Independent Syrian Church
The Malabar Independent Syrian Church (MISC), also known as the Thozhiyur Church, is a Christian church centred in Kerala, India. It is one of the churches of the Saint Thomas Christian community, which traces its origins to the evangelical activity of Thomas the Apostle in the 1st century. This group split off from the main body of India's Malankara Church in 1772 and was confirmed as an independent church with its current name after a high court verdict in 1862. Although the church is independent, the church's doctrines and traditions are similar to the Oriental Orthodox, adhering to the West Syriac Rite and consistently using western Syriac language, Syriac and Malayalam during the Holy Qurobo, Holy Qurbono (Qurbono Qadisho). The Eucharistic Celebration is popularly known as Holy Qurbana due to the historical influence of the Church of the East. The church has about 5,000 members. Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome In Children
Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C), or paediatric inflammatory multisystem syndrome (PIMS / PIMS-TS), or systemic inflammatory syndrome in COVID-19 (SISCoV), is a rare systemic illness involving persistent fever and extreme inflammation following exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19. Studies suggest that MIS-C occurred in 31.6 out of 100,000 people under 21 who were infected with COVID-19. MIS-C has also been monitored as a potential, rare pediatric adverse event following COVID-19 vaccination. Research suggests that COVID-19 vaccination lowers the risk of MIS-C, and in cases where symptoms develop after vaccine, is likely extremely rare or related to factors like recent exposure to COVID-19. It can rapidly lead to medical emergencies such as insufficient blood flow around the body (a condition known as shock). Failure of one or more organs can occur. A warning sign is unexplained persistent fever with severe symptoms following exposu ...

Misc (title)
A gender neutral title is a title that does not indicate the gender identity, whatever it may be, of the person being formally addressed. Honorifics are used in situations when it is inappropriate to refer to someone only by their first or last name, such as when addressing a letter, or when introducing the person to others. Although varying between cultures, the use of such titles include: * Persons who wish not to indicate a gender (binary or otherwise) * Persons for whom the gender is not known * Persons whose biological sex is not on the gender binary (intersex) * Persons whose gender identity does not fit the gender binary Languages Global overview Some languages have near complete or vigorous use of gender-neutral titles in their most common forms, which in some languages may be more than one of their forms. European languages The traditional honorifics of Miss, Mrs, Ms and Mr in English all indicate the binary gender of the individual. Frauenknecht et al. at die Kath ...

Minimal Instruction Set Computer
Minimal instruction set computer (MISC) is a central processing unit (CPU) architecture, usually in the form of a microprocessor, with a very small number of basic operations and corresponding opcodes, together forming an instruction set. Such sets are commonly stack-based rather than register-based to reduce the size of operand specifiers. Such a stack machine architecture is inherently simpler since all instructions operate on the top-most stack entries. One result of the stack architecture is an overall smaller instruction set, allowing a smaller and faster instruction decode unit with overall faster operation of individual instructions. Characteristics and design philosophy Separate from the stack definition of a MISC architecture, is the MISC architecture being defined by the number of instructions supported. * Typically a minimal instruction set computer is viewed as having 32 or fewer instructions, where NOP, RESET, and CPUID type instructions are usually not counted ...
