Cubanelle
The cubanelle, also known as the "Cuban pepper" (''ají cubanela''), is a varietal of mild sweet pepper from the species ''Capsicum annuum''. When unripe, it is a light, yellowish-green color, but will turn bright red if allowed to ripen.
