Feminist Jurisprudence
Feminist legal theory, also known as feminist jurisprudence, is based on the belief that the law has been fundamental in women's historical subordination. Women
A woman is an adult female human. Before adulthood, a female child or adolescent is referred to as a girl. Misogyny () is hatred of, contempt for, or prejudice against Woman, women or girls. Sexualization (sexualisation in Commonwealth English) is the emphasis of the sexual nature of a behavior or person. Stereotypes
In social psychology, a stereotype is a generalization, generalized belief about a particular category of people. It is an expectation that people might have about every person of a particular group. A trans woman or transgender woman is a woman who was assigned male at birth.
