Shredder's Revenge
''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge'' is a 2022 beat 'em up game developed by Tribute Games and published by Dotemu. It is inspired by and based on the 1987 ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'' animated series and borrows stylistically from the arcade and home console ''Turtles'' games developed by Konami during the 1980s and 1990s. The player assumes control of one of the Turtles or their allies as they set out to stop Shredder and Krang from taking over New York City, while facing foes that stand in their way. Nickelodeon approached Dotemu following the release of '' Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap'' (2017) about the possibility of developing a video game adaptation of one of its franchises. Knowing that Tribute Games had been pitching a ''Turtles'' game to Nickelodeon since 2010, the two companies decided to work together. The Turtles voice actors from the 1987 series reprise their roles. The music was composed by Tee Lopes, with contributions from guitarist Jonny ...

Beat 'em Up Game
A beat 'em up (also known as brawler and, in some markets, beat 'em all) is a video game genre featuring hand-to-hand combat against a large number of opponents. The gameplay tends to follow arcade genre conventions, such as being simple to learn but difficult to master, and the combat system tends to be more highly developed than other side-scrolling action games. Two-player cooperative gameplay and multiple player characters are also hallmarks of the genre. Most of these games take place in urban settings and feature crime-fighting and revenge-based plots, though some games may employ historical, science fiction or fantasy themes. Leonardo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)
Leonardo, commonly nicknamed Leo, is a superhero appearing in ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'' comics and related media, and created by American comic book artists Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. He is one of the four central characters of the franchise, along with his brothers, Donatello (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Donatello, Raphael (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Raphael, and Michelangelo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Michelangelo. Leonardo is often depicted as the leader and strategist of the turtles. Often shown wearing an ocean blue bandana, his signature weapons are a pair of swords (named katanas in many versions of the series). He is traditionally portrayed as the most mature and disciplined of the Turtles, displaying a stoic demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility. Like his brothers, he is named after an Italian Renaissance artist, in this case Leonardo da Vinci. In the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Mirage Studios), original comics, all four of the Turtles wea ...
