Zachary L'Heureux
Zachary L'Heureux, nicknamed Happy, is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward for the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League (NHL). Playing career L'Heureux was drafted by the Predators in the first round of the 2021 NHL entry draft with the 27th overall pick in the draft. According to L'Heureux, he models his playing style after agitators such as Brad Marchand and Matthew Tkachuk. On July 28, 2021, L'Heureux was signed to a three-year, entry-level contract with the Predators. On October 22, 2024, L'Heureux made his NHL debut. In a short period of time, L'Heureux quickly established himself as a fan favorite in Nashville. The 2022–23 QMJHL season was the 54th season of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). The regular season began on September 22, 2022, and ended on March 25, 2023. 2021–22 QMJHL Season
The 2021–22 QMJHL season was the 53rd season of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). The league returned to a full 68-game regular season beginning on October 1, 2021, and ending on May 1, 2022. The playoffs started May 5, 2022 and ended on June 11, 2022, with teams competing for the President's Cup. The winning team, the Shawinigan Cataractes were awarded the President's Cup and participated in the 2022 Memorial Cup, which was hosted by the Saint John Sea Dogs. Halifax Mooseheads
The Halifax Mooseheads are a Canadian junior ice hockey team in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The team was founded in 1994 and began play in the Dilio Division of the QMJHL for the 1994–95 season. Mooseheads history They have appeared in the President's Cup Finals five times, winning in 2013. 2020–21 QMJHL Season
The 2020–21 QMJHL season was the 52nd season of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). The regular season began on October 2, 2020, and ended on April 18, 2021. The playoffs began on April 23 and ended on June 5 with the Victoriaville Tigres winning the President's Cup as the QMJHL champion. Traditionally, the champion would have earned a berth in the 2021 Memorial Cup, which was to be hosted by the Ontario Hockey League from June 17 to 27, 2021, however, the Memorial Cup was cancelled for the second season in a row due to the restrictions during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL; , LHJMQ), formerly the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League is one of the three major junior ice hockey leagues that constitute the Canadian Hockey League (CHL). The Moncton Wildcats are a Canadian junior ice hockey team in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) based in Moncton, New Brunswick. A penalty in ice hockey is a punishment for an infringement of the rules. Most penalties are enforced by sending the offending player to a penalty box for a set number of minutes. During the penalty the player may not participate in play. In ice hockey, an assist is attributed to up to two players of the scoring team who shot, passed or deflected the Puck (sports)#In ice hockey, puck towards the scoring teammate, or touched it in any other way which enabled the Goal (ice hockey), goal, meaning that they were "assisting" in the goal.
