ZZ Top
ZZ Top is an American rock band formed in Houston, Texas, in 1969. For almost 56 years, it consisted of vocalist-guitarist Billy Gibbons, drummer Frank Beard (musician), Frank Beard, and bassist-vocalist Dusty Hill prior to his death in 2021. ZZ Top developed a signature sound based on Gibbons' blues style and Hill and Beard's rhythm section. They are known for their live performances, sly and humorous lyrics, and the matching appearances of Gibbons and Hill, who wore sunglasses, hats, and long beards. ZZ Top formed after Gibbons' band, Moving Sidewalks, disbanded in 1969. Within a year, they signed with London Records and released ''ZZ Top's First Album'' in 1971. Toyota ZZ Engine
The Toyota ZZ engine family is a straight-4 piston engine series. The ZZ series uses a die-cast aluminium engine block with thin press-fit cast iron cylinder liners, aluminium DOHC 4-valve cylinder heads, and chain-driven camshafts. The ZZ family replaced the extremely popular cast-iron block '' 4A'' and '' 7A'' engines of the preceding '' A'' family of engines. The two 1.8 L members of the family, the 1ZZ and 2ZZ, use different bore and stroke. The former was optimised for economy, with torque emphasised in lower revolutions per minute operating range, while the latter is a "square" design optimised for high-RPM torque, yielding higher peak power. Model code breakdown Toyota engine names are interpreted as follows. The leading number denotes the generation, and the next one or two letters, specify the engine family. The remaining letters, following a hyphen, describe the engine's major features. For example, the 2ZZ-GE can be decoded as being the second generation of ...

Tommykaira ZZ
The Tommykaira ZZ is a Mid-engine design, mid-engined sports car manufactured by Japanese tuning company Tommykaira. The car was conceived in late 1991, developed from 1992, unveiled in 1995, and manufactured from 1996 to 2000 in its first generation, and from 2014 to 2021 in its second. First generation (1996–2000) The first-generation ZZ used an original design by Tommykaira and Mooncraft's Takuya Yura. The roof of the car was detachable, with four bolts securing it to the roll hoop and windscreen frame. The ZZ was produced in the United Kingdom by Tomita Auto UK, and sold a total of almost 220 units in its production run. The car was powered by a naturally-aspirated 2.0-liter Nissan SR20DE, SR20DE inline-four engine sourced from Nissan. Fed by four 45 mm Keihin Corporation, Keihin carburetors, it sent and 195 Nm of torque to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission, with an update in 2000 increasing its power and torque by and 5 Nm. The ZZ was capable of a 0 ...

ZZ Zinc Finger
In molecular biology the ZZ-type zinc finger domain is a type of protein domain that was named because of its ability to bind two zinc ions. These domains contain 4-6 Cys residues that participate in zinc binding (plus additional Ser/His residues), including a Cys-X2-Cys motif found in other zinc finger domains. These zinc fingers are thought to be involved in protein-protein interactions. The structure of the ZZ domain shows that it belongs to the family of cross-brace zinc finger motifs that include the PHD, RING, and FYVE domains. ZZ-type zinc finger domains are found in: *Transcription factors P300 and CBP. *Plant proteins involved in light responses, such as Hrb1. *E3 ubiquitin ligases MEX and MIB2EC. *Dystrophin and its homologues Single copies of the ZZ zinc finger occur in the transcriptional adaptor/coactivator proteins P300, in cAMP response element-binding protein (CREB)-binding protein (CBP) and ADA2. CBP provides several binding sites for transcriptional coactivat ...

ZZ Boötis
ZZ Boötis is a star system in the constellation Boötes. It varies from magnitude 6.79 to 7.44 over five days. Based on its parallax, measured by the ''Gaia'' spacecraft, it is about away. Observational history In 1950 Grigory Shajn determined that this star is a double-lined spectroscopic binary, with an approximate period of 4.96 days. Sergei Gaposchkin found from an examination of photographic plates, in 1951, that it was an Algol-type eclipsing binary system. The primary and secondary eclipses are of equal depth, 0.65 magnitudes, meaning the brightness drops by nearly half. The eclipses make up only 6% of the orbital period. ZZ Boötis is a binary star system, specifically an eclipsing binary A binary star or binary star system is a Star system, system of two stars that are gravity, gravitationally bound to and in orbit around each other. Binary stars in the night sky that are seen as a single object to the naked eye are often resolved .... The component stars ...

Speedcubing
Speedcubing or speedsolving is a competitive mind sport centered around the rapid solving of various combination puzzles. The most prominent puzzle in this category is the 3×3×3 puzzle, commonly known as the Rubik's Cube. Participants in this sport are called "speedcubers" (or simply "cubers"), who focus specifically on solving these puzzles at high speeds to get low clock times and/or fewest moves. The essential aspect of solving these puzzles typically involves executing a series of predefined algorithms in a particular sequence with eidetic prediction and finger tricks. Competitive speedcubing is predominantly overseen by the World Cube Association (WCA), which officially recognizes 17 distinct speedcubing events. These events encompass a range of puzzles, including N×N×N puzzles of sizes varying from 2×2×2 to 7×7×7, and other puzzle forms such as the Pyraminx, Megaminx, Skewb, Square-1, and Rubik's Clock. Additionally, specialized formats such as 3×3, 4×4, ...

ZZ Diboson
ZZ dibosons are rare pairs of Z bosons. They were first observed by the experiments at the Large Electron–Positron Collider (ALEPH, DELPHI, L3 and OPAL). The first observation in a hadron collider was made by the scientists of DØ collaboration at Fermilab. Discussion ZZ dibosons are force-carrying particles observed as products of proton–antiproton collisions at the Tevatron, the world's second highest-energy particle accelerator (after the CERN Large Hadron Collider). The first observation of the ZZ dibosons was announced at a Fermilab seminar on 30 July 2008. The rarest diboson processes after ZZ dibosons are those involving the Higgs boson, so seeing ZZ diboson is an essential step in demonstrating the ability to see the Higgs boson. ZZ dibosons are the latest in a series of observations of pairs of gauge bosons (force-carrying particles) by DØ and its sister experiment CDF (also at Tevatron). Final analysis of the data for this discovery was done by a te ...
