Yenimahalle Belediyesi SK () is the women's team handball, handball team of the same named Yenimahalle Belediyesi SK, club sponsored by the Municipality of Yenimahalle in Ankara, Turkey. The team play in the Turkish Women's Handball Super League, Turkish Super League. Their colors are blue and white. Club chairman is Mesut Bolatcan. The team is managed by Serdar Eler. Competitions Domestic The club transferred seven notable players, including Turkey women's national handball team, Turkey women's national team's captain Yeliz Özel and two foreigners, for the 2013–14 season. Zvezda Zvenigorod
Zvezda Zvenigorod (, lit. ''Star Zvenigorod'') is a Russian women's handball club from Zvenigorod, near Moscow. They won the Champions League and the Champions Trophy in 2008, and the EHF Cup in 2006/07. Between 2006 and 2011 the club was coached by Russian national team trainer Evgeny Trefilov. In the summer of 2011 he was replaced by head coach Zdravko Zovko. In reaction to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the International Handball Federation banned Russian athletes, and the European Handball Federation suspended the Russian clubs from competing in European handball competitions. Anca Mihaela Rombescu (born 15 September 1985) is a Romanian handball player. She plays as the goalkeeper for Yalıkavak SK in the Turkish Super League and the Romania national team. The Women's EHF European League is an annual competition for women's handball clubs of Europe. It is organized by the European Handball Federation, EHF. It is currently the second-tier competition of European club handball, ranking only below the Women's EHF Champions League, EHF Champions League. Glassverket IF
Glassverket IF is a soccer and handball club from Drammen, Norway. The club is most famous for their handball team, which currently compete in the second tier of Norwegian handball, the 1. divisjon. The club also facilitates skiing and used to play bandy. History The club was founded on February 11th 1911. The handball department was founded in 1961. In 1974 they won the national championship and national cup in field handball for the first time. The EHF Women's Champions League is the competition for the top women's handball clubs in Europe, organised annually by the European Handball Federation (EHF). It is the most prestigious tournament for clubs, with the champions of Europe's top national leagues participating.
