Michael Russel Johannes Bjerkhagen (born 28 November 1966 in Kandy, Sri Lanka) is a Swedish priest. He is pastor of the Royal Court Parish and chaplain to the King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden. Early life He left Sri Lanka in July 1972 when he was 5-years-old with his adoptive sister, having been adopted by a childless Swedish couple Christer Bjerkhagen.
