The 99th Assembly district of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in southeastern Wisconsin, the district comprises parts of northwest Waukesha County, Wisconsin, Waukesha County, northeast Jefferson County, Wisconsin, Jefferson County, and southeast Dodge County, Wisconsin, Dodge County. It includes the cities of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Oconomowoc and part of the city of Hartford, Wisconsin, Hartford, and the villages of Chenequa, Wisconsin, Chenequa, Hartland, Wisconsin, Hartland, Lac La Belle, Wisconsin, Lac La Belle, Nashotah, Wisconsin, Nashotah, and Neosho, Wisconsin, Neosho. Wisconsin's 97th Assembly District
The 97th Assembly district of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in southeastern Wisconsin, the district comprises much of the west half of Waukesha County and parts of eastern Jefferson County. It includes the city of Delafield and the villages of Dousman, Eagle, North Prairie, Oconomowoc Lake, Palmyra, Sullivan, and Wales. The seat is held by Republican Cindi Duchow, since January 2025; Duchow previously represented the 99th district from 2015 to 2025. Frank Urban
Frank Henry "Hank" Urban (May 24, 1930 – October 25, 2008) was a member of the Republican Party who served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1989 to 2001. Biography He was a resident of Brookfield, Wisconsin and was married to Lois Elaine Thurwachter Urban, with whom he had seven children. The two were married for 37 years until her death in 1991 from complications of Alzheimer's disease. Soon after that, he married again. His second wife was Kate Bloomberg, a former Brookfield mayor and co-inventor of Shrinky Dinks, who he remained with until his death in 2008. Urban was born in St. Louis, Missouri, graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1951, and received his M.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1954, specializing in dermatology. Elm Grove is a village in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 6,524 at the 2020 census. Elm Grove was named as America's best suburb by Business Insider in October 2014. Margaret Farrow
Margaret Ann Farrow (; November 28, 1934 – March 8, 2022) was an American Republican politician from Wisconsin. She was the 42nd lieutenant governor of Wisconsin and the first woman to hold that office. She previously served twelve years in the Wisconsin Senate and two years in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Later in life, she also served as a member of the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents. Her son, Paul Farrow, also served in the state legislature and is county executive of Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Early and personal life Farrow was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of William Nemitz, who worked at Snap-On Tool Corporation, and Margaret (née Horan) who was a corporate executive assistant. She attended St. Catherine's High School in Racine. Sun Prairie is a city in Dane County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 35,967 at the 2020 United States census, 2020 census. Susan Shannon Engeleiter (née Susan Jane Shannon; born March 18, 1952) is an American Republican politician, lawyer, and businesswoman who served as the first female Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration.
