"Where Is the Feeling?" is a song by Australian singer-songwriter Kylie Minogue from her fifth studio album, ''Kylie Minogue'' (1994). The song was written by Wilf Smarties and Jayn Hanna, while production was handled by Brothers in Rhythm.
