Cezar Washington Alves Portela (born 16 November 1986) is a Brazilian Association football, footballer who plays for Clube Esportivo Bento Gonçalves, Esportivo as a Midfielder (association football), midfielder. Career Club Washington signed for Grêmio Esportivo Brasil, Brasil de Pelotas in June 2012 to play in 2012 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D, having previously played in Campeonato Gaúcho with Canoas Sport Club, Canoas and Esporte Clube São José, São José-PA. After four seasons with the club, which saw two promotions, he joined Nagoya Grampus in the J2 League in November 2016. On 29 June 2018, Washington's contract with Nagoya Grampus was cancelled by mutual consent. After leaving Nagoya Grampus, Washington signed for Renofa Yamaguchi FC, Renofa Yamaguchi on 27 July 2018. Washington returned to Brazil for a second spell with Brasil de Pelotas in 2019, making his debut at the end of January after a period waiting for his registration to be completed. 2016 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B
The Serie B of the Brazilian Championship 2016 was a football competition held in Brazil, equivalent to the second division. It was contested by 20 clubs. The top four teams will were promoted to Série A in 2017 and the bottom four were relegated to Série C in 2017.The games had a break during the 2016 Olympics, which was held between July and August in Brazil. The 2019 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B was a football competition held in Brazil, equivalent to the second division. The competition started on 26 April and ended on 30 November 2019. Twenty teams competed in the tournament, twelve returning from the 2018 season, four promoted from the 2018 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C ( Botafogo-SP, Bragantino, Cuiabá and Operário Ferroviário), and four relegated from the 2018 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A ( América Mineiro, Paraná, Sport and Vitória).
