In the United States Armed Forces, the ranks of warrant officer (U.S. uniformed services pay grades, grade W‑1) and chief warrant officer (U.S. uniformed services pay grades, grades CW-2 to CW‑5)—Ranks and insignia of NATO, NATO: WO1–CWO5—are rated as officers above all non-commissioned officers, Officer candidate, candidates, cadets, and Midshipman, midshipmen, but subordinate to the lowest officer grade of Second Lieutenant (United States), O‑1 (NATO: OF‑1). The T. Eaton Company Limited, later known as Eaton's, was a Canadian department store chain that was once the largest in the country.
