The men's tournament in volleyball at the 2000 Summer Olympics was the 10th edition of the event at the Summer Olympics, organized by the world's governing body, the FIVB in conjunction with the IOC. It was held in Sydney, Australia from 17 September to 1 October 2000. Castelnau-le-Lez (; ) is a commune in the Hérault department in the Occitanie region of Southern France. Located on the outskirts of Montpellier, it is situated around 3 km (1.8 mi) north of the city centre. Geography Castelnau-le-Lez is served by Line 2 of the Montpellier tramway.
