Visma–Lease a Bike is a women's professional road bicycle racing team based in the Netherlands. As with the Visma–Lease a Bike men's team, the team is sponsored by Norwegian software and IT company Visma and German company Lease a Bike. History In October 2020, announced the launch of a Women's team, aimed at "completing" the team and developing women's cycling within and outside the Netherlands using the team's pre-existing experience and facilities. The team's goal is to build the best women's team in the world. In 2023, Marianne Vos announced that she had extended her deal with the team until the end of 2025, having joined the team at its inception in 2021. In 2024, French mountain bike world champion Pauline Ferrand-Prévot announced that she would return to road cycling, signing a three year deal with the team. Major victories for the team have included Vos winning the Amstel Gold Race in 2021 and 2024, and Ferrand-Prévot winning the 2025 Paris–Roubaix Femmes. The ...

The 2025 Paris–Roubaix Femmes (officially Paris–Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift) was a France, French Road bicycle racing, road cycling one-day race that took place on 12 April. It was the 5th edition of Paris–Roubaix Femmes and the 11th event of the 2025 UCI Women's World Tour. The race was won by French rider Pauline Ferrand-Prévot of , in her first win on the road since 2015, and the first French win at Paris–Roubaix since 1997. The Tour de France Femmes () is an annual women's road bicycle racing, cycle stage race around France. It is organised by Amaury Sport Organization (ASO), which also runs the Tour de France. It is part of the UCI Women's WorldTour, UCI Women's World Tour. Some teams and media have referred to the race as a Grand Tour (cycling), 'Grand Tour', as it is one of the biggest events on the women's calendar. However, the race does not meet the UCI definition of such an event. Fem van Empel (born 3 September 2002) is a Dutch professional racing cyclist. In January 2021, she won the women's under-23 race at the 2021 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships. During the 2022–2023 season she won the women's elite race at the World Championships and the European Cyclo-cross Championships. On 22 January 2023, she secured overall victory at the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup ( 2022–23). On 16 February 2023 at Brussels, Fem clinched the X20 Badkamers Trophy.
