Alison Ruth Viktorin (née Retzloff; born February 1, 1981) is a former American voice actress, her most notable role being Conan Edogawa in the detective series ''Case Closed''. She also voiced Kuroko Shirai in ''A Certain Magical Index'' and its spinoff, ''A Certain Scientific Railgun'' and QT in ''Space Dandy''. Early life Alison Ruth Retzloff was born on February 1, 1981, to Sally (née Simonsen) and Albert Retzloff. In 2003, she graduated from California Lutheran University earning a BA in drama. Retzloff married Dustin Kayne Viktorin of Euless, Texas, on August 27, 2005, in Fredericksburg, Texas. Viktorin Hallmayer (also ''Hallmayr''; 5 September 18319 May 1872) was an Austrian composer and band conductor, best known as the author of the '' Marcia Trionfale'', the first anthem of the Catholic Pontificate and of the Vatican City State. Hallmayer was born in 1831 at Anthering. He composed the ''Marcia'' in 1857, when he was director of the band of the 47th Infantry Regiment of the Line (the Count Kinsky Regiment) stationed within the Papal States. Viktorin Kornel Of Všehrdy
Viktorin Kornel of Všehrdy () or simply Všehrd (1460 – 21 September 1520), was a Czech humanist and lawyer, working towards the end of the 15th century as Vice-scribe at the Land Court in the Prague Castle. He is known for the most penetrating analysis of the Czech common law that he has put forward on some 460 pages under the title "On the Laws of the Czech Land Nine Books" („O právích země české knihy devatery"). He has also translated some Latin texts. Life Viktorin Kornel was born in 1460 in the burgher Utraquist (moderate Hussite) environment of the East-Bohemian town of Chrudim. Having graduated from the Faculty of Arts of the then Utraquist University of Prague, Všehrd gained a wider outlook and capacities of generalization – preconditions for asking, reflecting on as well as answering a number of questions the previous authors of law books from the ranks of nobility had not arrived at. Viktorin Molchanov
Viktorin Mikhailovich Molchanov () (January 11, 1886 in Chistopol, Governorate of Kazan – January 10, 1975 in San Francisco), was a Russian Major-General and a participant in the White movement. Biography Molchanov was born in 1886 to parents who were members of the minor Russian nobility. His father was the head of the local post office. Viktorin Molchanov graduated from the Elabuga Comprehensive School and Alekseev Military School in Moscow in 1906. After graduation, he first served in the Second Caucasus Engineering Battalion in Tbilisi. In 1909 Molchanov transferred to the Russian Far East, serving in Primorsky Krai. He fought in World War I as the captain of a field engineer company in the Third Siberian Division stationed in Poland, and during this time held a long correspondence with Polish nationalist, Yuri Gozdowiak.
